3 Character Portraits

I hope I hit the mark on these, 3 of the 7 character portraits done for the Dungeon World GM's Screen and as a little bonus for those supporters. These are done under what I might call "Constructive Procrastination" as I prepare to tackle the GM's Screen in full this coming weekend if all goes well.

Battling cyclops legionaires in the "Hijacking the Necromancer's Extortion Payment" Adventure.

Trying my hand at some digital painting.  learned a lot over the course of this piece.
My goal is to finish 10 paintings this year. I am behind.
I based this off of the Black and White drawing I did about 2 years ago. Check that out here:

A roguish game of Roguish

Played a hacky quick-set-up game of roguish with my 5year old and a friend tonight. It was fun. We made up a lot of rules as we went along but it worked out. We made our cards pretty darn fast and added a combat chart.
Rule expansions:
Combat chart.
Sacrifice a treasure to add to dice roles.
Warrior = defeat level 3 monster
Thief = steal level 3 treasure
Magic user = navigate a level 3 magic tile card.
Thief scan roll to detect a secret door to add a tile.
Magic users can roll to teleport (we talked about this after game)
Hope to play again. Would love to spend more time on the cards!

The Sven Chronicles!

This was an aborted comics attempt that I am going to lay to rest. Like a lot of projects this one just got away from me and the writing/lettering part just never materialized like I would have liked it to. I learned a lot from the process though and I think some panels are still really good. I present it here for your amusement.
