Extremely difficult to execute in just a couple weeks with a one year old and a five year old and no real time to dedicate, which was precisely the inspiration for the image. A a certain point I gave up trying to make a "painting" and just tried to execute a decent "colored drawing." An annoying fact of acrylic painting is, even using an open or extending medium I found that the paint would pill up in the 90 degree heat rather easily, leaving little boogers all over the canvas.
