Quick painting

Just another quick painting. 20 min. Boring but good colors.

Another sketch for cover painting.

Another cover design sketch. Since it's all under the red light it really needed to be a color sketch so I could figure it out. Seems pretty ironic to be making this image on Easter 2017

Simple Pueblo

This was another based off of the quick little sketchbook landscape drawings but I decided to leave this one alone. I like the muted impressionist quality.

Caveman with the Munchies

Watched quest for fire again and modeled this caveman a bit off of Ron Perelman's character.

City at Sunset.

One of my attempts to explore and grasp Jonathan Walton's city of Dis. Messing around always helps me construct the ideas and correct feel for the finished piece.

Rockdragon_CaveCamp

The legend is that this cave once functioned as the mouth of a rock dragon, the truth is no stranger, this cave was formed from the fossilized remains of of a giant clam who's entrance has been eroded through the traffic of time.

Digital Painting Practice

Trying to get better at my digital painting in what tiny bits of time I can afford out of the day. Quicker sketches are about all I can seem to do and that's OK with me for now.
