White Company Inspired

Reading Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's book "the White Company" and really enjoying it. I'm blown away that, knowing my tastes, it's taken me this long to experience that iconic work. This little sketch isn't really based on anything particular to the book, except maybe the book.

A WXF strip in the raw

I've done all kind of sizes and medias on the black and white WXF strip so far. This was about 10" x 24" (?) working larger is really fun but its a pain in the but to digitize. Here is a picture, for your pleasure, of the raw image of WXF #11.

East Burnside Mural Proposal Portland Oregon

Filing this away...This project was a rollercoaster of anticipation, hope and hard work. I finished the designs to meet a three day deadline, staying up for 56 hours and catching a really bad cold in the process...only to find out it had never been presented to the grant board! I was bummed out...next time...then...next time...It's a pretty safe bet that it's now not going to be made. I was excited about it, but the likely hood of it's getting finished seems pretty much shot, due to no fault of my own...yes a little bitter...

Farmers Market poster revisited

One of my wife's former professors framed this to give it to her. Pretty sweet!
